Gradion provides AI automation consulting, process redesign and implementation for professional services firms including law firms, notaries and administrative offices. All engagements are subject to individual written agreements that define scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing and the outcomes targeted for the specific processes agreed in each engagement.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos and intellectual property on this website belong to Gradion or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the terms of each individual engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, Gradion's total liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or our services is limited to the amount paid by you under the relevant engagement agreement. Gradion is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
