Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are used, among other things, to remember preferences such as language, or to keep track of decisions you have already made, such as your response to the cookie notice.

Types of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary technical cookies. These are the only cookies this website currently uses. They enable navigation, remember your chosen language (ES/EN) and store your response to the cookie notice so you are not prompted again on every visit. They are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the AEPD Cookie Guide, because they are indispensable to deliver the service you request when visiting the site. Specifically, we set: NEXT_LOCALE (language preference) and cookie-consent, consent-status, consent-necessary, consent-analytics and consent-marketing (record of your decision). All are first-party and last at most one year.
  • Analytics cookies. Gradion does not currently use any analytics cookies or tools on this website. There is no Google Analytics, Plausible, PostHog, Vercel Analytics or equivalent loaded. If we decide to introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy beforehand and request your consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the GDPR before any such cookie is loaded.
  • Marketing or advertising cookies. Gradion does not use marketing cookies, behavioural advertising, retargeting or social-media pixels on this website. There is no Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag or equivalent loaded. If any are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and your prior explicit consent will be requested before activation.

Cookie consent

Because we currently use only strictly necessary technical cookies, your consent is not required under Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE. We nonetheless display an informational notice with two buttons ("Accept all" and "Reject non-essential") so that you can record your preference ahead of time: if in the future we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, your decision will already be stored and will be honoured. Today, both buttons have the same practical effect, because there is no non-essential cookie to enable or reject.

Managing and withdrawing your choice

You can change or withdraw your decision at any time by clearing this site's cookies from your browser settings; the notice will reappear on your next visit. Modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave) also allow you to block cookies per site. Because only technical cookies are used, blocking them may cause the site to forget your language or re-display the notice on every visit, but it will not prevent you from browsing.

Third-party cookies

This website does not set any third-party cookies. All cookies described are first-party (gradion.io domain) and are managed directly by Gradion. We do not share information with advertising networks, analytics providers or data brokers.

Policy updates

We may update this policy if we introduce new cookies or services. Any material change (for example, introducing analytics or marketing) will be announced on this page with a new last-updated date and, where legally required, your consent will be requested again before the new cookies are loaded. The competent supervisory authority in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
